Laboratory Access Application
Purpose
Apply for access to laboratory COM2-0106.
Prerequisites
- Have an NUS account that can sign in to MySoC.
- Confirm the Supervisor SoC ID with the laboratory administrator.

- After opening the form, provide your personal information, requested access period, and reason for applying as instructed on the page.
- Confirm the current Supervisor SoC ID with the laboratory administrator.
- If the page is unavailable off campus, try connecting to the NUS VPN.

Procedure
- Open the application form and enter the information requested on the page.
- Enter the Supervisor SoC ID and laboratory location shown above.
- Review the information and submit the application.

Troubleshooting
Connect to the campus network or the NUS VPN. If you still cannot access or submit the form after connecting to the NUS VPN, contact the laboratory administrator.
